The recommended dosages are 6 level capfuls per 400-gallons of water for initial and 1/2 capful per 400 gallons of water for maintenance. It can be applied by starting with a clean hot tub/spa and filter, then adjust the water balance. With the circulation pump running, slowly add the initial dose to the skimmer or closest return inlet to filter. After allowing the tub to circulate for 4 hours, check pH, and adjust if necessary. The circulation pump runs weekly maintenance, slowly adding maintenance dose to the skimmer or closest return inlet to filter.
