RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
• The window of time for any return is 30 days.
• You must contact Crown Spas & Pools to obtain a Return Authorization Number before returning a product.
• Returns of any kind do not include free shipping – return shipping for item(s) shipped via ground service is Starting from $20.00. Freight shipping return rates are calculated by the freight company at the time of shipping.
• Crown Spas & Pools will only pay for or reimburse shipping fees if the product was shipped because of our error.
• If an order is canceled once in transit, it is considered a return, and the customer is responsible for any applicable return shipping costs, plus the initial cost of shipping. The cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).
• Crown Spas & Pools is not responsible for any lost, damage or stolen shipments. Coverage or reimbursement for lost or damaged shipments will be based solely on the carrier’s terms and conditions.
• For additional security, a delivery option requiring a signature is normally available for a small fee. Optional insurance is also available with most freight/courier companies and is advisable if the product’s value exceeds the standard coverage provided by the carrier.
• If a shipment is lost or damaged Crown Spas must be notified within 48 hours of receipt. If the box or packaging is damaged, pictures of the parcel/packaging must be taken before the item is opened.
• To reduce the likelihood of shipping issues It is advised that customers make arrangements with Crown Spas & Pools prior to returning a product so we may assist where possible.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after the product is received and inspected. Please allow 3-5 days after the product is received for the refund to be processed. Credit card refunds can take a few extra days to post to your account.
• Warranty coverage will vary from product to product, if a warranty issue occurs, please contact Crown Spas & Pools for assistance with warranty. It is advised that you contact Crown Spas & Pools prior to contacting the manufacturer directly for service.
• We do not offer exchanges unless the product is defective.
• Returns on products still in their original packaging and unused are subject to the lesser of 20% restocking fee or the total cost of shipping including the original shipment. Local pick-ups and drop-offs are excluded from this policy and shall be treated as a normal retail return within the 30-day maximum window.
• To be eligible for a return the product must be in its original packaging and be unused and in the condition in which it was received.
• Products returned in poor condition or damaged during shipping are subject to a minimum re-packaging fee of 20%.
• All custom liner or custom cover orders are final sale.
• All custom orders, clearance items and special orders are final sales.
• All replacement parts are final sales
• Replacement filter cartridges removed from their protective packaging are not eligible for return
• Select In-Stock Safety Cover Sizes are Final Sale (see product description for details)
• All Items Listed, Described and/or sold as “Open Box” are Final Sale *(unless missing parts or defective)
